Building Beds 2024

Lions and Leos in action! In collaboration with District 2X1 and the Lions in Waxahachie, 11 Kaufman Lions met this morning to build beds for children who have no beds through no fault of their own. Many members of multiple District 2X1 clubs were represented. Our club has participated multiple times and it is a very gratifying hands on experience. Some of these beds will be used at the Texas Lions Camp in Fredericksburg. Attending today were Lions Amy Fowler, her sons Leos Cayden and Jace, Lions Tasha Manning, Becky Barber and Chet McDonald.
